All assessments are required to be "face to face" - i.e. online assessments are via video call and not telephone. Assessments held both online and face to face are identical in nature. Coloured Overlays and Reading RulersDescription** YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US AFTER PAYMENT TO ARRANGE A CONVENIENT TIME FOR COLLECTION ** Coloured overlays are sheets of translucent or transparent coloured plastic that can be placed over a page of a text so as to colour the paper beneath without interfering with its clarity. Coloured overlays reduce the perceptual distortions of text that students sometimes describe. Reading rulers are smaller versions of the A4 coloured overlays, whilst also containing a 'band' to enable the student to focus on the line being read. |
