Mae’r cwrs dysgu proffesiynol ar-lein hwn yn archwilio sut i gefnogi plant a phobl ifanc i lywio byd digidol heddiw sy’n newid yn gyflym. Drwy dri sesiwn ar-lein dwy awr, bydd dysgwyr yn archwilio cyfleoedd a risgiau’r amgylchedd ar-lein, yn ystyried ymchwil gyfredol, ac yn datblygu strategaethau ymarferol i ddiogelu llesiant tra’n hyrwyddo sgiliau digidol.
Mae’r cwrs yn eich helpu i sicrhau cydbwysedd iach rhwng profiadau ar sail sgrin a phrofiadau byd go iawn, gan eich arfogi â’r hyder a’r eglurder sydd eu hangen i gefnogi plant i ffynnu’n ddiogel ac yn llwyddiannus mewn byd cysylltiedig.



This online professional learning course explores how to support children and young people in navigating today’s fast-changing digital world. As technology evolves and constant connectivity shapes childhood, educators can feel overwhelmed about what and how much to teach. Across three interactive two-hour sessions, participants will examine the opportunities and risks of the online environment, consider current research, and develop practical strategies to safeguard wellbeing while promoting digital skills. The course helps you strike a healthy balance between screen-based and real-world experiences, equipping you with the confidence and clarity needed to support children to thrive safely and successfully in a connected world.

Wedi’i seilio ar ymchwil ac wedi’i gynllunio ar gyfer cyd-destunau ysgol prysur, mae’r cwrs yn meithrin hyder i greu cyfleoedd awyr agored diogel a phwrpasol sy’n cryfhau gwydnwch, annibyniaeth, ymgysylltiad a chysylltiad disgyblion â’u cynefin. Bydd dysgwyr yn gadael gyda strategaethau ymarferol a syniadau hyblyg y gellir eu rhoi ar waith ar draws yr ysgol gyfan.

This one-day professional learning course at Bangor University supports teachers, teaching assistants and wellbeing leads to make the most of their school’s outdoor spaces for learning and wellbeing. Grounded in research and designed for busy school contexts, the course builds confidence to create safe, meaningful outdoor opportunities that strengthen pupils’ resilience, independence, engagement and connection to their habitat. Participants will leave with practical strategies and adaptable ideas ready to implement across the whole school.

This is an in-person session and lunch is included.

Dros dair sesiwn ar-lein, bydd dysgwyr yn archwilio’r cysylltiadau rhwng llais disgyblion, dysgu a lles, ac yn archwilio dulliau ymarferol sy’n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth o gyd-greu’r cwricwlwm. Mae’r cwrs yn cyflwyno dull o gefnogi plant i arwain eu hymchwil gymunedol eu hunain, gan gryfhau eu ymreolaeth, eu hymgysylltiad, ac ymdeimlad o berthyn. Wedi’i gynllunio ar gyfer athrawon, cynorthwywyr addysgu, arweinwyr ysgol, llywodraethwyr, a staff cymorth.



This online professional learning course explores how to embed children’s voice meaningfully in practice, in line with the Curriculum for Wales and children’s rights. Across three online sessions, participants will examine the links between pupil voice, learning, and wellbeing, and explore practical, evidence-based approaches to co-creating the curriculum. The course introduces a method for supporting children to lead their own community research, strengthening agency, engagement, and their sense of belonging. Designed for teachers, teaching assistants, school leaders, governors, and support staff.
